Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

 

The medication should be ready within 48 hours. You can ring or come down to the surgery to see if this has been processsed. If the medication has be refused due to clinical grounds you will be asked to make an appointment or clarify the request for the medication.
