Changes to Telephony 15th May 2024

SRMC has just moved to a new telephony system & you will notice some subtle changes when you call the practice.
We are now using a Cloud-based telephony solution which provides us with a flexible adaptable communication system to continually meet the demands of the practice.
This includes a queue facility and the option for an automated callback whereby you are not hanging on the phone as we will call you back when you are top of the queue. (Please note, you will be called x 2 & if you don’t pick up, you will drop out of the queue and you will have to contact the surgery again).
