Open access for Phlebotomy at Broad Street Plaza, Halifax, will only be provided as follows: 

Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm  

Saturday 10am – 12pm  

Sunday 10am – 11.30am

If you require a blood test, please collect the form from the surgery and take it with you.

Please attend as early as you can as appointments are not guaranteed, it is a first come first serve basis.

Bookable Phlebotomy appointments will be available 8am-10am 7 days a week.
