JOIN A  COVID-19 CLINICAL TRIAL

The PRINCIPLE trial aims to find treatments that reduce hospital admission
and improve symptoms for people with COVID-19.

You could be eligible to join if

  • You have had these symptoms for fewer than 15 days:
  • a continuous new or worsening cough
  • a high temperature
  • You are aged 50 to 64 with a pre-existing illness
  • You are aged 65 and above

OR temperature of 37.8 centigrade or more,

OR a loss of or change to your sense of smell or taste

If the clinician determines that a face-to-face appointment is necessary you will be told when/where to go. This appointment may take place at a different surgery to one you usually go to but please be assured that the clinician you see will have access to all of your medical records and will be able to make informed decisions based on your health needs.

We are upgrading to the next phase of Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean the almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from 4th March 2020

In order to improve our facilities for you we now provide you with on line facilities to order repeat prescriptions, make and cancel appointments.

You will have to pre-register and pick up a pass code from the surgery to use the facility.We will need to see photographic evidence of identification e.g passport or driving licence.

Once you have those details please read the FAQ for online appointments and prescriptions before you  Log In  for the first time (by using one of the icons at the foot of the page, Repeat Prescriptions / Request or Cancel an Appointment )
